It is more common than people expect. Hospital records and municipal birth certificates often hold it, and where they do not, there are other ways to work. We will discuss it when we speak.
What happens after I send this?
Someone from the office will contact you to understand what you would like to discuss and arrange a time. Birth details are gathered then — there is no need to have them ready now.
